To celebrate his 70th (yes 70th) birthday and the 50th year of Nigerian Independence Tony Allen will be taking his band on tour Sept-Oct.

Considered by all and sundry as the king of afrobeat, this tireless musician has blazed a trail across musical genres everr since his beginning's in Fela Kuti's Africa 70.

This six date tour includes a special showcase for his London date.
