A maverick tour demonstrating the link and similarities between dub reggae (Jamiacan Sounds) and dubstep music. Showcasing dubstep music with a noticeable 'dubby feel' the tour will showcase a traditional dub reggae sound system, an upcoming dub act, a live dubstep act and 2 well known dubstep djs.
- Featuring an exciting line-up of the Channel One Sound System, one of the UK's pioneering dub reggae sound systems, with Mikey Dread as selector and Ras Kayleb as MC; The Uplifter, who plays an eclectic mix of roots, reggae dub and traditional Jamaican ska music mixed with live visuals, animation and percussion; JazZstePpa, one of the leading live dubstep acts merging dub, drum n bass, hard bop, dancehall and live horns; RSD (aka Rob Smith of Smith and Mighty, and Massive Attack producer) currently big on the dubstep scene with a loyal fanbase; and Kromestar, one of the most sought after DJ's on the Dubstep circuit worldwide.
